William was born Franklin Parish La January 10, 1855. William was the son of John Tarver and Caroline P. Trower. William died February 02, 1925 Franklin Parish La, at 70 years of age. His body was interred February 1925 Baskin La, Ogden. At 31 years of age William became the father of Levi W. Tarver September 01, 1886. At 32 years of age William became the father of Louisa Tarver 1887. At 34 years of age William became the father of Robert W. Tarver April 06, 1889. At 37 years of age William became the father of Jesse H. Tarver February 12, 1892. At 39 years of age William became the father of Alma Tarver 1894.
